Welcome to Kiiko Style Acupuncture
What is that? Kiiko Matsumoto is a legendary Japanese acupuncturist who revolutionized the field through decades of clinical practice and innovation. Her method integrates classical Chinese medicine with modern anatomical understanding, creating a system of extraordinary precision and effectiveness.
This method is distinguished by its use of abdominal and channel palpation to diagnose and confirm treatment in real time, ultra-fine needles, with an emphasis on immediate, verifiable results during each session.
Abdominal Diagnosis
Abdominal palpation reflexes drive both diagnosis and treatment-point selection. If the refliex point has resolved, the point selection was correct; if not, a different intervention is chosen. This real-time feedback loop is one of the distinctive strengths of this acupuncture method.
Minimal Needle sensation
The approach uses extremely fine needles placed with surgical precision at specific anatomical locations. Patients often report feeling little to nothing during needling and often don't even notice they have needles inserted.

Initial Acupuncture Appointment $125
This 90 minute appointment is for new clients or those that haven't been in to see me for a couple of years. It includes a full health history and acupuncture treatment. It may also include mysofascial work, cupping, gua sha, massage, moxa, herbal recommendations or prescriptions, and nutrition or lifestyle coaching.
Follow Up Appointment $85
This 60 minute acupuncture appointment is for existing clients and may include mysofascial work, cupping, gua sha, massage, moxa, herbal recommendations or prescriptions, and nutrition or lifestyle coaching.
Initial Pediactric Appointment $85
This 60 minute appointment for new clients that are 12 or younger. It includes health history and treatment. There are many needle free treatment option for children. Questions about treatments for children? Book a free 15 minute consult with me.
Follow Up Pediatric Appointment $45
This 30 minute treatment is for existing pediatric clients and includes needle free options such as cupping, moxa, dietary counseling, magnets and acupressure.
Birth Preparation Treatment $85
This 60 minute treatment focuses on preparing the mama for birth. Points are focused on cervical softening while simultaneously balancing the mother's health and bolstering her energy and stamina for labor. No need to be a current client or to make an initial appointment but please fill out the health history form intended for new clients.
Cupping and Myofascial Treatment $65
This 45 minute treatment is needle free. Cupping and/or Myofascial techniques are used to release pain and discomfort in a focused area of the body. No need to be a current client or to make an initial appointment but please fill out the health history form intended for new clients.
